1. PAPER PRESENTATION
• Maximum two authors per paper.
• Topics not to be restricted.
• Document should not exceed 10 pages.
• 2 hard copy should be sent to the convener and 1 soft copy through
• Duration for presentation is 8 minutes and 2 minutes for queries
• At the time of presentation participants should have one hard copy and one soft copy
in CD (USB is not allowed)

• Dead line for submission : 13/02/15
• Date of intimation : 16/02/15

• Format of e-mail:
o Use <Paper Presentation/topic name> as subject while sending mail
o The body should contain: Name of the paper, Author’s name, e-mail ID,
Contact number and name of the institution
o The soft copy should be in word file(.doc) attachment

3.SHORT FILMS
• Film can be made in any genre.
• Total run time should be of 5-15 minutes.
• Film should not contain any form of vulgarity and violence.
• Trailers should be uploaded on YouTube and the link should be sent to the xcientia2k15@gmail.com
• Upon receiving your mail, you will be acknowledged by Team Xcientia, which makes your entry valid.
• Multiple entries from the same college are allowed
• Professional assistance is prohibited for any part of the film making.
